BEST HOT CHOCOLATE

Okay so everyone has to try this recipe for Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate.

I used Dagoba unsweetened hot chocolate powder, soy milk, and a mix of vegan and regular marshmallows (wanted to see if the vegan kind of fare well--and they do! Tip: if using big marshmallows, cut 'em up first).

I added some pumpkin puree and cinnamon + nutmeg for a "pumpkin spice" flavor. Really nice and creamy. 

Turned out seriously freaking amazing. Try it.
